Returns & exchanges

Damages & returns .
Please contact us immediately through our contact form , if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and solve the problem.This will need to be done 7 days from delivery date , with exception of all earrings which cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

To be eligible for a return,your item must be in the same condition that you recieved it , unworn or unused,with tags,and in its original you'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase & will need to be done 7 days from delivery date.

We do not offer refunds simply for change of mind but will issue store credit once original item purchased is returned as above.
